For families of adopted children in Kazakhstan we provide services on searching for birthparents and other relatives of adopted children.

General Review of Documentation 

We verify the accuracy of client documentation and notify clients if revisions or additional documentation is needed. All information regarding international adoption documentation may be obtained by visiting the website of the Consulate of Kazakhstan or by contacting the Consulate directly.

Translation of Documentation

We offer translation of adoption documentation into Russian by a certified translator approved by the Kazakhstan Consulate in the United States.

*For non-US citizens who must file an adoption dossier with the Consulate of Kazakhstan in their country of citizenship, we provide certified English-to-Russian translation. Such services may be performed in the United States and Kazakhstan. Any translated documentation will be returned to clients for filing with the appropriate Kazakhstan Consulate.

Submission of Documentation and Correspondence

We submit completed/registered adoption documentation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the Department of Education, the Offices of Guardianship and Care and the courts of Kazakhstan to facilitate the advancement of client cases through all of the necessary steps required by Kazakhstan adoption, civil and civil-procedure laws;

We correspond with each Kazakhstan office involved in client adoptions and provide updates on the status of cases in a timely fashion.

Provision of Services in the Territory of Kazakhstan

We provide clients with an escort and interpreter throughout all official adoption proceedings in Kazakhstan;

We meet clients at the airport, arrange ground transportation within the city or region, book air-tickets within the country, and make hotel, apartment or other accommodations;

We obtain final adoption decrees, new birth certificates and passports for the adoptive child/children in Kazakhstan;

We assist clients in obtaining country of citizenship visas for the adopted child/children at the appropriate embassy in Kazakhstan;

We provide translations of child medical reports, final adoption decrees and all other Kazakhstan documents as required by immigration regulations.

Advising on Changes in the Kazakhstan Adoption Process

We advise clients of any and all changes in the international adoption laws and processes as these pertain to Kazakhstan.
